The San Francisco 49ers entered Week 7's matchup against the Indianapolis Colts without defensive linemen Maurice Hurst (calf) and Javon Kinlaw (knee), quarterback Trey Lance (knee), and tackle Trent Williams (ankle, elbow). All four were among the team's seven inactive players due to injuries.

SS Jaquiski Tartt
Tartt suffered a knee injury. In the fourth quarter, the 49ers announced that the safety had been ruled out for the remainder of the game. Rookie Talanoa Hufanga replaced Tartt.

CB Emmanuel Moseley
Moseley remained down on the field after an impact with teammate Azeez Al-Shaair on a tackle of Colts receiver Michael Pittman. Dre Kirkpatrick replaced Moseley. After the game, head coach Kyle Shanahan said that Moseley suffered a back injury but returned to the game.


DE Dee Ford
After the game, Shanahan informed reporters that Ford was evaluated for a head injury.
