The insider adds that the 49ers are uncertain how much each will be able to play and are hoping for no setbacks today.
Schefter also notes that the 49ers expect tight end George Kittle to be on a pitch count and play roughly half the game. On Saturday, San Francisco activated Kittle from injured reserve. The tight end has been dealing with a calf injury.
This week, head coach Kyle Shanahan told NBC Sports Bay Area that the team would "ease [Kittle] in a little bit and see how the game goes, how he's moving, how he's feeling, communicating with him throughout it. If he's feeling good, it's definitely a lot more tempting to keep him out there."
The Cardinals could be without quarterback Kyler Murray (ankle) and wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins (hamstring).
"According to multiple reports, the team plans to see how the players look during pregame warmups but that there isn't much optimism that they will be able to play," reports Pro Football Talk.
