Head coach Kyle Shanahan said both players will be limited in Wednesday's practice but could play on Sunday.
The coach added that several players would not practice. They are wide receiver Deebo Samuel (groin), linebacker Fred Warner (hamstring), running back Trey Sermon (ankle), linebacker Dre Greenlaw (groin), and linebacker Marcell Harris (concussion protocol). The 49ers are giving defensive end Nick Bosa, running back Elijah Mitchell, center Alex Mack, and tackle Trent Williams the day off.
On Wednesday morning, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported that Greenlaw is a "long-shot" to play against the Seattle Seahawks. San Francisco has already ruled out Samuel and Warner for Sunday's contest.
The 49ers and Seahawks will battle on Sunday at Lumen Field.
