"RB JaMycal Hasty looks good in second practice back after [a] high-ankle sprain," wrote Matt Barrows of The Athletic.
The 49ers gave their leading rusher, rookie Elijah Mitchell, Wednesday off. He was back at practice on Thursday. Mitchell has carried the football 54 times for 224 rushing yards over the last two games.
Barrows notes that defensive end Dee Ford and linebacker Marcell Harris were absent. Last week, San Francisco opened Ford's practice window as he attempts to return from the back injury that landed him on the injured reserve list. Harris is in the concussion protocol.
The 49ers are not required to list Ford in the team's practice participation reports since he is not yet on the active roster.
Earlier this week, head coach Kyle Shanahan said Fred Warner will miss Sunday's game against the Seahawks. However, the star linebacker was seen testing his injured hamstring.
"He had his 49ers' helmet and jersey on Thursday as he tested his hamstring strain on a side field, under the supervision of trainers for the first 20 minutes of practice," wrote Cam Inman of Bay Area News Group.
Below are Thursday's practice participation reports for both the 49ers and Seahawks, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff.
