RB Elijah Mitchell
Mitchell sustained an injury late in the third quarter before being examined in the blue medical tent. He was examined for a concussion. JaMycal Hasty replaced Mitchell in the game.

Update: Mitchell returned to the game in the fourth quarter.

RB Jeff Wilson
Wilson never left the game. However, head coach Kyle Shanahan said the running back was bothered by something. He didn't know what it was at the time of his post-game press conference. "I'll get that to you guys tomorrow," Shanahan told reporters.
