RB Trenton Cannon
It was a scary sight after Cannon was injured on the opening kickoff. He left the field in an ambulance after being evaluated by medical staff and having his facemask removed. The CBS broadcast reported that Cannon was transported to a local hospital due to a concussion.
Update: 49ers announce that Cannon is in stable condition and will remain at the hospital overnight for further observation.
CB Emmanuel Moseley
Moseley left the field in the first quarter after team staff was looking at his right foot. He entered the blue medical tent for further examination. Rookie Deommodore Lenoir replaced Moseley.
Update: The 49ers report that Moseley is dealing with an ankle injury and is "questionable" to return.
RB Elijah Mitchell
Mitchell sustained an injury late in the third quarter before being examined in the blue medical tent. He was examined for a concussion. JaMycal Hasty replaced Mitchell in the game.
Update: Mitchell returned to the game in the fourth quarter.
RB Jeff Wilson
Wilson never left the game. However, head coach Kyle Shanahan said the running back was bothered by something. He didn't know what it was at the time of his post-game press conference. "I'll get that to you guys tomorrow," Shanahan told reporters.
