Quick Takeaways
This may come as a surprise to fans, but quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo earned his best Pro Football Focus overall grade since Week 10. That's despite throwing two costly interceptions into the arms of Seahawks defenders. Garoppolo finished the game 20-of-30 passing for 299 yards, two touchdowns, and two picks. His 93.6 passer rating was his second-lowest since Week 7.
George Kittle earned the game's highest overall grade, the tight end's highest grade of the season, and his highest grade since Week 17 of the 2019 season (93.8). He finished the game with nine receptions for 181 yards and two touchdowns. Kittle's receiving yards were the second-highest of any NFL player in Week 13. Only Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson's 182 receiving yards topped the 49ers All-Pro's total.
Trent Williams remains on pace to earn Pro Football Focus' highest-ever single-season grade for an individual player. The left tackle owns an overall grade of 98.4 for the season. He has graded 80-or-higher in each of his last six outings.
While Emmanuel Moseley's 88.4 overall grade is a career-high, it came on just nine snaps. The cornerback left the field in the first quarter with an ankle injury and did not return.
Defensive tackle D.J. Jones earned his highest grade since Week 5 of the 2020 season (87.6). He finished the game with seven tackles and a forced fumble. The forced fumble was his second of the season and third of his career. The fumble recovery led to Kittle's 24-yard touchdown reception.
Azeez Al-Shaair earned his second-best Pro Football Focus grade of the season (83.4 in Week 7). The linebacker recorded a career-high 16 tackles and a forced fumble. He also combined with defensive end Arden Key for a sack of Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson.
Cornerback K'Waun Williams' 74.7 overall grade is a season-high.
