The 49ers look to bounce back following a 30-23 defeat to the Seattle Seahawks at Lumen Field. San Francisco's offense was led by tight end George Kittle, who finished with nine receptions for 181 yards and two touchdowns, marking his first career game with two-or-more touchdown catches. On the ground, running back Elijah Mitchell added 22 carries for 66 yards and one touchdown. He has registered rushing touchdowns in back-to-back games for the second time in 2021.

On defense, the 49ers forced four Seahawks fumbles on the day, the most forced fumbles in a single game by the team since registering five versus Seattle in Week 10 of 2019. Linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair, defensive end Nick Bosa, defensive tackle D.J. Jones, and cornerback K'Waun Williams forced fumbles, with cornerbacks Dontae Johnson and Emmanuel Moseley each picking up a fumble recovery. San Francisco also finished with 4.0 sacks of Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson. Bosa, along with defensive linemen Arik Armstead and Jordan Willis, had 1.0 sack, with Al-Shaair and defensive end Arden Key splitting a sack. Williams also picked off Wilson for his first interception of the season.
