For the second consecutive year, fullback Kyle Juszczyk is the San Francisco 49ers' nominee for the annual Art Rooney Sportsmanship Award, now in its eighth year.

The award, created after the 2014 season, is presented annually to an NFL player who best demonstrates the qualities of on-field sportsmanship, including fair play, respect for the game and opponents, and integrity in competition. The league will announce the winner at the NFL Honors presentation before the Super Bowl, and he will receive a $25,000 donation from the NFL Foundation to a charity of his choice.

A vote of current NFL players will determine the Art Rooney Sportsmanship Award winner. The eight finalists will be listed on the Pro Bowl ballot when players vote later this month. Juszczyk was among the eight finalists last year.

No 49ers player has ever won the award. Then-Carolina Panthers quarterback Teddy Bridgewater, now with the Denver Broncos, was last year's recipient.

San Francisco signed Juszczyk in 2017 after the fullback spent his first four NFL seasons with the Baltimore Ravens.

Below is a list of the 31 other nominees.
