S Talanoa Hufanga
Hufanga left the game with a knee injury. The 49ers announced that the safety is "questionable" to return.
Update: The 49ers ruled Hufanga out for the remainder of the game.
DE Nick Bosa
Bosa exited the game in the third quarter after an impact with Cordarrelle Patterson. He was evaluated for a concussion and cleared to return.
S Jaquiski Tartt
Tartt went down early in the fourth quarter on a tackle of Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts. Tartt walked off the field slowly and with a noticeable limp. He was replaced by Jarrod Wilson, who the 49ers activated from the practice squad on Saturday.
Update: Tartt returned to the game. He was part of a touchdown-saving hit on quarterback Matt Ryan at the goal line late in the game.
