It looks like the San Francisco 49ers defense could have to deal with both Julio Jones and A.J. Brown on Thursday night at Nissan Stadium. According to multiple reports, the Tennessee Titans are activating Brown, a wide receiver, from injured reserve, and he is expected to play against the visiting Niners.

The Titans placed Brown on injured reserve on November 27, 2021, due to a chest injury suffered during Week 11. Brown hauled in 46 passes for 615 yards and three touchdowns through 10 starts before the injury.

Jones re-injured his hamstring during the Titans' Week 15 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. He has been in and out of the lineup this season due to injuries. Jones has 25 receptions for 369 yards this season.

Jones was listed as a full participant in Wednesday's practice, and not listed in the game status report, indicating that the Titans expect him to suit up on Thursday night.

Kickoff between the 49ers and Titans is scheduled for 5:20 p.m. PT from Nissan Stadium in Nashville. The two teams will announce their inactive players 90 minutes ahead of kickoff.
