Running back Trey Sermon remains on injured reserve after the 49ers opened his practice window on Tuesday. Sermon landed on injured reserve on December 4 due to an ankle injury.
San Francisco enters Week 16 with an 8-6 record, while Tennessee is 9-5. Kickoff between the two teams is scheduled for 5:20 p.m. PT from Nissan Stadium in Nashville. The 49ers are currently a three-point favorite.
The two teams will announce their inactive players 90 minutes ahead of kickoff.
