• With 159 rec. yds. tonight, it marks Samuel's 4th game this season he's accumulated 150-or-more yds. in a single game, which leads the NFL and is the most by a member of the 49ers since WR Jerry Rice had 5 games with 150-or-more rec. yds. in 1995. • It marks the 4th multi-sack game of his career and his first since he had 2.0 sacks vs. Arz. (1/3/21).

Azeez Al-Shaair

• LB Azeez Al-Shaair notched 6 tackles and 0.5 sack, as he teamed up with Ebukam to bring down Titans QB Ryan Tannehill for a 4-yd. loss. He now has 2.0 sacks on the season and in his career.
• Al-Shaair has now tallied 0.5-or-more sacks in 3-straight games for the first time in his career.

Jordan Willis

• DL Jordan Willis notched 2 tackles and 1.0 sack, as he brought down Titans QB Ryan Tannehill for a 5-yd. loss. He now has 2.0 sacks on the season and 7.5 in his career.
