The San Francisco 49ers entered Week 18's matchup against the Los Angeles Rams missing some key players. The team was without tackle Trent Williams (elbow), cornerback K'Waun Williams, and linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair (knee). All three were among the 49ers' six inactive players.

K'Waun Williams was activated off the reserve/COVID-19 list on Saturday, but reportedly did not feel well enough to play, per NBC Sports Bay Area.

P Mitch Wishnowsky
Wishnowsky was on the receiving end of an uncalled helmet-to-helmet hit during a punt return. He was evaluated for a concussion in the blue medical tent before being taken to the locker room. The 49ers announced him to be "questionable" to return.


S Jaquiski Tartt
Tartt exited the game in the second half. He was evaluated in the blue medical tent before the 49ers announced that he is "questionable" to return due to a groin injury.

S Talanoa Hufanga
Hufanga left the game with a knee injury. He has been ruled "out."
