The San Francisco 49ers announced that they have activated cornerback Deommodore Lenoir off the reserve/COVID-19 list. The team had six players on the list last week. All except Lenoir were activated in time for Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Rams. Although, cornerback K'Waun Williams did not yet feel well enough to play, and was inactive.

The 49ers signed tight end Tanner Hudson to the practice squad.

Unfortunately, the following three players have been placed on the 49ers' practice squad/COVID-19 list.

NFL Media's Tom Pelissero had reported that only one 49ers player was landing on the COVID-19 list, which is what the NFL transaction wire shows. However, the Niners reported the other two via a media update.

The 49ers are preparing to open the playoffs on Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys at AT&T Stadium.
