The 49ers signed tight end Tanner Hudson to the practice squad.
Unfortunately, the following three players have been placed on the 49ers' practice squad/COVID-19 list.
- CB Luq Barcoo
- QB Tyler Bray
- FB Josh Hokit
NFL Media's Tom Pelissero had reported that only one 49ers player was landing on the COVID-19 list, which is what the NFL transaction wire shows. However, the Niners reported the other two via a media update.
The 49ers are preparing to open the playoffs on Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys at AT&T Stadium.
