The NFL announced that San Francisco 49ers kicker Robbie Gould has been named the NFC Special Teams Player of the Week following the team's 27-24 road victory over the Los Angeles Rams.

In Week 18, Gould converted both of his field goals—from 42 and 24 yards—and all three point after attempts for a total of nine points in the overtime win at SoFi Stadium. He also punted twice with an average of 45 yards, including one downed inside the 20-yard line.

Gould was forced to take over the punting duties after Mitch Wishnowsky left Sunday's game with a concussion.

This is Gould's 10th-career Special Teams Player of the Week award. His previous honors are listed below.

Gould is the sixth kicker with at least 10 Special Team Player of the Week awards, joining Adam Vinatieri (19), Matt Prater (14), John Carney (13), Jason Hanson (12) and Justin Tucker (12).
