On Monday morning, San Francisco 49ers linebacker Fred Warner provided an injury update via Twitter.

"Sorry for the scare yesterday, everyone," Warner wrote. "I appreciate everyone showing love and support for me and the fellas. We'll be good to go. Huge win, onto the next."

Warner exited the second half of Sunday's game against the Dallas Cowboys with what the team reported as an ankle injury. He did not return and watched the remainder of the 23-17 playoff win from the sidelines.

Warner went down with a non-contact injury on the Cowboys' drive that followed the interception thrown by Jimmy Garoppolo. He finished the game with five tackles and sounds optimistic that he will play on Saturday night at Lambeau Field against the Green Bay Packers.

Warner's injury was just one of two concerning injuries to 49ers defenders. Defensive end Nick Bosa suffered a head injury on a collision with teammate D.J. Jones near the end of the first half and did not return. He needs to clear the concussion protocol to play this weekend.

Head coach Kyle Shanahan is scheduled to speak with reporters on Monday afternoon.
