The San Francisco 49ers are preparing for their NFC Championship Game contest against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California.

Tackle Trent Williams missed his second practice of the week due to an ankle injury. The team will hold one more practice—a Friday afternoon session—before traveling to Southern California.

The good news is that running back Elijah Mitchell returned to practice. However, he was limited due to a lingering knee injury that has plagued him since Week 13.

Running back Jeff Wilson Jr. ended up missing his second consecutive practice. Head coach Kyle Shanahan had initially stated that he would be limited on Thursday.

Cornerback Ambry Thomas was a full participant after being limited on Wednesday.

Below are Thursday's practice participation reports for both the 49ers and Rams, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff.
