There were only position battles during 1-on-1s today as the lack of pads prevented any 1-on-1s between offensive and defensive linemen.

Here are the results of the 1-on-1 battles between the receivers and defensive backs:
The Analysis
Talanoa Hufanga had another great rep to begin the day, this time winning against tight end Tyler Kroft after beating George Kittle near the beginning of the 1-on-1 period on Tuesday, deflecting the pass for a breakup.
Brandon Aiyuk continues to star in the 1-on-1 sessions, beating both Charvarius Ward and Jimmie Ward on separate reps today. He has been, by far, the most consistent and dominant player for the 49ers during the drill.
Rookie Tay Martin had a strong showing during the 1-on-1 drills, winning all three of his reps, beating Jimmie Ward with a great release before winning against Ka'Darr Hollman and Qwuantrezz Knight on separate reps.
George Odum continues to struggle during the 1-on-1 period, as he's now given up four catches without a forced incompletion over the past two days. Remember, the offense has a clear advantage during 1-on-1s.
Jauan Jennings's drop issues continued on Wednesday, as he beat rookie cornerback Samuel Womack with a great route to the endzone, but failed to haul in an easy catch and dropped the ball. He's now recorded a drop on two straight days during 1-on-1s while beating his defender.
While fighting to make the roster, rookie Leon O'Neal also continues to struggle in the 1-on-1 sessions, losing both of his reps today to Tanner Hudson, while he held Tyler Kroft on a rep yesterday.
So far, Tayler Hawkins has looked like the better rookie safety, and that was reflected in 1-on-1s, as the San Diego State product won against Troy Fumagalli on a rep.
Stay tuned for tomorrow's practice report!
