The Broncos had 10 players listed as "questionable" to play. Two of those players—wide receiver Jerry Jeudy and cornerback Patrick Surtain—are expected to be suited up, per ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Jeudy is dealing with rib and shoulder injuries. He did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday and was limited on Friday. The wideout had an impressive Week 1 outing, recording four catches for 102 yards and a touchdown against the Seattle Seahawks before being knocked out of Week 2's contest against the Houston Texans.
Jeudy, the No. 15 overall pick in 2020, is in his third NFL season.
Surtain is also dealing with a shoulder injury. He did not practice on Wednesday, was limited on Thursday, and was a full participant on Friday.
"It was just a slight (rotator cuff) sprain," Surtain said this week. "Nothing too major. It was about feeling it and managing it and seeing how the week went."
Denver made Surtain the No. 9 overall pick in last year's draft. He recorded six tackles in his two game appearances this season.
The 49ers are 1.5-point favorites in Sunday night's matchup at Empower Field at Mile High.
