Zero injuries.
When head coach Kyle Shanahan stepped up to the podium after the game to answer questions from reporters, he didn't mention any injuries. As ESPN's Nick Wagoner notes below, that could change on Monday, after the team's medical staff has had a chance to examine players. Often, that's when additional issues seem to pop up.
For now, though, it seems the 49ers escaped their game in the desert relatively unscathed. That's good news for a team that has had poor fortune with health in recent years.
The Niners entered the game a little banged up already. Returner Ray-Ray McCloud is out about eight weeks after undergoing surgery on his broken wrist. Defensive end Drake Jackson has been dealing with a hamstring injury. Linebacker Dre Greenlaw left practice this week with a hamstring strain, while tight end George Kittle didn't practice due to an adductor strain.
Luckily, there doesn't seem to be anything significant resulting from Sunday's game to add to the list.
