Cornerback Charvarius Ward and linebacker Dre Greenlaw returned to practice after sitting out Wednesday's session.
Running back Christian McCaffrey and tackle Trent Williams returned to the practice field after each received a veteran day off.
Center Jon Feliciano remains in the concussion protocol but was seen running on the side at the start of practice.
Running back Elijah Mitchell continues to miss practice, making it likely that Jordan Mason will serve as McCaffrey's backup against the Cowboys.
