Few quarterbacks have burst onto the NFL scene with the same level of dominance as Brock Purdy. According to NFL research, the San Francisco 49ers' second-year sensation is the first quarterback in the Super Bowl era to start 5-0 in both his first and second NFL seasons.

Purdy is a flawless 10-0 as a regular-season starter. He has completed 183 of his 260 passing attempts for 2,369 yards and 20 touchdowns while throwing only two interceptions in those 10 regular-season starts.

Purdy has displayed remarkable accuracy along the way, completing 70.4 percent of his passes during the 10 starts. In the history of the league, only Chad Pennington has eclipsed that mark (70.8) through a quarterback's first 10 starts.

Purdy's passer rating of 121.1 through his initial 10 starts is historically good, ranking as the highest-ever passer rating by a quarterback in their first 10 starts. In addition, the only quarterback who has won more consecutive games to start a career is Ben Roethlisberger, with 15.

As the 49ers prepare to face the Cleveland Browns on the road in Week 6, the spotlight will undoubtedly be on Purdy. We'll see if the 23-year-old quarterback can keep his impressive streak alive.
