It didn't start well, but the San Francisco 49ers adjusted and routed the Philadelphia Eagles 42-19. The offense scored a touchdown on six consecutive possessions. Six straight touchdowns! When was the last time a 49ers offense did that?

How did QB Brock Purdy look in his return to the field on which his UCL was torn back in January? After starting a little shaky, Purdy finished with 314 yards passing and four touchdown passes. He had some passes that looked like they got away from him, but for the most part, the QB played very well, on a national stage, with the potential league MVP on the other side of the field.

Next up for the 49ers is another matchup with the Seattle Seahawks, who will be well rested, coming off a mini-bye. This will be another big game for the 49ers, who will be looking to extend their lead in the NFC West and keep pace with the conference-leading Eagles.
