Aiyuk secured the required yardage in the third quarter.
The last 49ers receiver to achieve consecutive seasons with at least 1,000 receiving yards was Anquan Boldin, who accomplished the feat with 1,179 receiving yards in 2013 and 1,062 in 2014. Aiyuk is just the fifth 49ers player all-time to record back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons.
Aiyuk, the 49ers' leading receiver, is in his fourth NFL season and entered Sunday's game with 244 receptions for 3,516 yards and 24 touchdowns in his career. Additionally, he had 13 carries for 117 yards and two rushing touchdowns.
