The Arizona Cardinals are hosting the San Francisco 49ers for a Week 15 matchup at State Farm Stadium. It's the second meeting between the two teams this season.

The 49ers entered the game without their starting interior defensive linemen—Arik Armstead and Javon Hargrave. They are also without guard Spencer Burford. All three were among the seven inactive 49ers players for this game.

Below are the 49ers-related in-game injury updates.

QB Brock Purdy (shoulder stinger, returned)

Cardinals linebacker Dennis Gardeck hit Brock Purdy hard late in the second quarter, with the quarterback remaining on the ground after the play. Gardeck was flagged for unnecessary roughness. Purdy eventually got up and made his way to the sideline to be examined in the medical tent.

Sam Darnold took a few snaps at quarterback before Purdy returned to the game. The 49ers announced that Purdy sustained a left shoulder stinger.

DT Kalia Davis (ankle, out)

In the third quarter, the 49ers announced that Kalia Davis had been ruled out for the remainder of the game after sustaining an ankle injury.

CB Deommodore Lenoir (rib, out)

In the fourth quarter, the 49ers announced that Deommodore Lenoir has been ruled out for the remainder of the game due to a rib injury.
