Rookie safety Ji'Ayir Brown is the latest addition to the injury list, having suffered a knee sprain during Monday night's loss to the Baltimore Ravens.

"There's concern," head coach Kyle Shanahan said of Brown's status. "I mean, we're not ruling them out this week, but there's concern. So he can't go today."
As Shanahan outlined before practice, defensive tackle Arik Armstead, wide receiver Jauan Jennings, guard Aaron Banks, and tackle Jaylon Moore did not participate due to injuries.
On a positive note, tackle Trent Williams was a limited participant, raising hopes for his availability this weekend. Williams had exited the Ravens game due to a groin injury.
Additionally, wide receiver Deebo Samuel, defensive tackle Javon Hargrave, linebacker Oren Burks, and cornerback Ambry Thomas were limited participants.
The 49ers opened wide receiver Danny Gray's (injured reserve) practice window. He is listed as a full practice participant along with quarterback Brock Purdy, who sustained a shoulder injury against the Ravens.
It's worth noting that Wednesday's practice was a light session due to the 49ers' shorter week of preparation after playing on Monday night.
Below are Wednesday's practice participation reports for both the 49ers and Commanders, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff.
