NFL Media insider Ian Rapoport reports that the San Francisco 49ers are signing defensive tackle Jordan Elliott to a two-year, $10 million deal. The signing can become official on Wednesday, after the start of the new league year.

The Cleveland Browns drafted Elliott (6-4, 302) as a third-round pick (No. 88 overall) out of Missouri in 2020. Last season, he registered 21 tackles, three tackles for a loss, three quarterback hits, 2.5 sacks, and a pass defensed in 17 game appearances (14 starts) with the Browns, per Pro Football Reference.

Additionally, defensive linemen Clelin Ferrell and Javon Kinlaw plan to sign with other teams.

Elliott becomes the third impending free agent defensive lineman the 49ers plan to sign. On Monday, the team agreed to terms on two-year deals with defensive ends Leonard Floyd and Yetur Gross-Matos.
