The 2024 NFL Draft kicks off today. The first round will take place tonight, followed by the second and third rounds tomorrow, and the fourth through seventh rounds on Saturday.

For the first time since 2021, the San Francisco 49ers own a first-round draft pick, holding the No. 31 overall spot as the Super Bowl runner-up. While the team possesses 10 total selections, this could change with potential trades.

Here are all 10 of the 49ers' current selections:

Initially, San Francisco owned the No. 131 overall pick. However, due to payroll accounting errors during the 2022 league year, the selection was penalized and shifted down to the end of the fourth round at No. 135 overall. The 49ers also forfeited a fifth-round draft pick in 2025 as part of the punishment.

A third-round compensatory pick, not listed above, was traded to the Washington Commanders for defensive end Chase Young. Additionally, pick No. 232 in the seventh round, acquired from the Broncos, was traded to the Houston Texans for defensive tackle Maliek Collins.

San Francisco's fourth-round selection, No. 124 overall, was acquired in the trade that sent quarterback Trey Lance to the Dallas Cowboys before the 2023 season.

The 49ers' original fifth-round draft pick was traded to the Carolina Panthers as part of the deal for running back Christian McCaffrey.
