Yetur Gross-Matos went down near the end of the first quarter and headed to the blue medical tent for evaluation. The 49ers initially announced Gross-Matos as "questionable" to return due to a knee injury, later downgrading him to "out."

DE Leonard Floyd (knee, out)


Leonard Floyd also went down late in the first quarter and remained on the field as the medical staff examined his right leg. He needed assistance as he slowly walked off the field. Once on the sideline, Floyd entered the blue medical tent. Later, he left the field and headed to the locker room for further evaluation.

The 49ers initially announced Floyd as "questionable" to return due to a knee injury, later downgrading him to "out."

Matt Barrows of The Athletic reported that the television broadcast later showed Floyd and Gross-Matos moving around OK" on the sideline.
