- The 49ers improved to 53-31 when playing on Monday Night Football and tied the Pittsburgh Steelers for the most wins all-time on MNF.
- The Niners improved to 12-3 all-time against the New York Jets, including a 5-2 record at home.
- Head coach Kyle Shanahan improved to 2-0 vs. the Jets and improved to 4-2, including two consecutive wins, against the AFC East as head coach of the 49ers.
- San Francisco earned a Week 1 win at home for the first time since the 2016 season when they defeated the Los Angeles Rams, 28-0 (9/12/16).

- After their first possession of the game, the 49ers scored a TD or FG on 8-consecutive possessions, marking the longest scoring streak for the team since at least 1978, according to the Elias Sports Bureau.
Jordan Mason
- RB Jordan Mason registered 28 carries for a career-high 147 yds. and 1 TD. His rushing TD marked his first of the season and the 5th of his career.
- Tonight's game marked Mason's first career start. With 147 rushing yds., Mason produced the 3rd-most rushing yds. by a 49ers player in their first career start.
