The San Francisco 49ers were eager for a turnaround after suffering back-to-back losses, which left them with a 1-2 record in the standings. They found that momentum on Sunday, decisively defeating the New England Patriots 30-13 at Levi's Stadium.

"It feels good to get a win," defensive end Nick Bosa said after the game. "It's such a long year. If you looked from an outsider's perspective or looked online, you'd think the building's burning down."

Last week, Bosa candidly admitted to struggling with sleep as he reflected on the team's loss to the Los Angeles Rams. To make matters worse, the 49ers learned they would have to push forward without defensive tackle Javon Hargrave. Additionally, defensive tackle Jordan Elliott, who was already questionable to play due to a foot injury, exited Sunday's matchup with a knee injury.

As the team prepared for Week 4, Bosa delivered a clear message to his teammates: he has unwavering confidence in the remaining healthy players.

"I told the guys, told the D-line guys in our meeting last night that we've lost some guys, but I haven't lost confidence in this group one bit, and that's the truth," Bosa said. "So I think we're going to be just fine."

The defensive line finished the game with six sacks. When asked if there was an increased intensity during practices last week due to a sense of urgency, Bosa noted that they had been performing well on the practice field all season.

"It's just a matter of bringing it to the game, and I think we did that today," Bosa commented.

Bosa entered the game with two sacks for the season and recorded his third against the Patriots. As the game progressed, he found himself wondering if he could bring down quarterback Jacoby Brissett. Despite getting close several times, he was unable to finish the play.

"It was looking bleak, but you just have to be ready," Bosa remarked. "You've got to be ready for your [opportunity]. And I had a few. Missed plenty, but I think we had a great day as a D-line and we got a win, so that's all that matters."
