Samuel reached this milestone by catching a 76-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Brock Purdy, extending the 49ers' lead to 10-0 against the Seattle Seahawks at Lumen Field on Thursday night.
Entering the game, Samuel had recorded 17 receptions for 233 yards, along with 36 rushing yards and a rushing touchdown on 15 carries. His touchdown against the Seahawks marked his first of the season.
The 49ers came into the game as 3.5-point favorites.
