The San Francisco 49ers are hosting the Dallas Cowboys at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California. The team is without wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk for the remainder of the season, and wide receiver Jauan Jennings is inactive for the second consecutive game due to a hip injury. Defensive tackle Kevin Givens (groin) and kicker Jake Moody (ankle) are also sidelined for the Sunday night matchup.

Running back Christian McCaffrey remains out with Achilles tendinitis. Although he has yet to play this season, he is expected to return to practice during the bye week.

Below are the latest in-game injury updates for the 49ers.

RB Jordan Mason (shoulder, questionable)

Dee Winters sustained a head injury in the second half and has been ruled out for the remainder of the game.

WR Deebo Samuel (rib, questionable)
