Graham was part of Tuesday's 49ers roster moves, having been released from the active roster. San Francisco drafted him in the seventh round (255th overall) of the 2023 NFL Draft.
The 49ers waived Graham on August 27, and the Washington Commanders signed him to their practice squad on August 28. The 49ers signed the linebacker to their active roster on October 1, and he appeared in two games with the team this season before being released this week.
San Francisco initially signed Eiselen to the practice squad on October 23.
