The 49ers selected Pearsall with the No. 31 overall pick in this year's draft. The rookie missed the start of the season after being shot in the chest during a robbery attempt on August 31 but was activated by San Francisco on October 19.
Pearsall entered Sunday's game with seven receptions for 59 yards through two games and one start.
