The San Francisco 49ers have released the list of inactive players for their Week 12 matchup against the Green Bay Packers. These seven players will not suit up for the game.

Inactives:

The San Francisco 49ers will face the Green Bay Packers without several key players, most notably starting quarterback Brock Purdy, who was ruled out on Friday due to a shoulder injury. While there is cautious optimism within the organization that Purdy might return for next weekend's matchup against the Buffalo Bills, his availability remains uncertain.

Other notable absences for Week 12 include defensive end Nick Bosa, wide receiver Jacob Cowing, defensive tackle Kevin Givens, cornerback Charvarius Ward, and tackle Trent Williams.

Williams was listed as questionable to play and considered a game-time decision. Last weekend, he played through the same ankle injury that kept him from practicing this past week. His absence is a significant blow for an offense that will feature veteran quarterback Brandon Allen making his first NFL start since 2021.

On Saturday night, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that the 49ers were optimistic about Williams' chance of playing. Jaylon Moore is expected to start in Williams' place.

In preparation for the game, the 49ers made several roster moves. On Saturday, they promoted veteran safety Tashaun Gipson from the practice squad to the active roster. To make room, the team placed linebacker Tatum Bethune on injured reserve.

Additionally, the 49ers elevated linebacker Jalen Graham and cornerback Nick McCloud from the practice squad, making both players available for the Packers game.

The team also confirmed that offensive lineman Jon Feliciano will not play in Week 12. Feliciano remains on injured reserve. The 49ers opened his practice window on November 4, and have until Monday to activate him. If not, Feliciano will remain on injured reserve.
