On Friday, the 49ers officially ruled out two players for the game: running back Isaac Guerendo and left tackle Trent Williams. Sunday will mark the fifth consecutive game Williams has missed due to injury.
Despite being listed as questionable, defensive end Nick Bosa and linebacker Dre Greenlaw are active and set to play. Bosa has been managing hip and oblique injuries, while Greenlaw experienced knee soreness following his return last week from an Achilles injury.
Defensive end Robert Beal, who was listed as questionable after suffering an ankle injury during Friday's practice, is inactive.
In preparation for their Week 16 matchup against the Dolphins, the 49ers made several roster moves on Saturday. The team waived offensive lineman Sebastian Gutierrez and promoted linebacker Jalen Graham and offensive lineman Austen Pleasants from the practice squad to the active roster. Graham takes De'Vondre Campbell's roster spot after the 49ers suspended the veteran linebacker for the remainder of the season.
Additionally, the 49ers elevated defensive lineman Alex Barrett and running back Ke'Shawn Vaughn from the practice squad, making them available for Sunday's game.
