49ers' 2025 offseason workout schedule:
- First day: April 22
- OTA offseason workouts: May 27-28, May 30, June 2-3, June 5
- Mandatory minicamp: June 10-11
The offseason program is structured into three phases:
- Phase One (first two weeks): Limited to meetings, strength and conditioning, and physical rehabilitation.
- Phase Two (next three weeks): On-field workouts, including individual and group drills, "perfect play drills," and walk-through sessions where offensive players line up against offensive players and defensive players against defensive players. No live contact or team drills (offense vs. defense) are permitted.
- Phase Three (final four weeks): Teams can hold up to 10 days of organized team activities (OTAs). While live contact remains prohibited, 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 drills are allowed.
Additionally, the 49ers will host a rookie minicamp on either the first or second weekend after the 2025 NFL Draft. Following the mandatory minicamp in June, players will have time off and are not required to report back until training camp.
