12 of 58 precincts report in with 60% favoring Measure J

Matt Barrows of the Sacramento Bee reports that 12 of 58 precincts have now reported. Measure J, the San Francisco 49ers stadium initiative, is still winning with 60 percent of the votes.

Barrows also states on his Twitter page that Jed York says he's "confident" the NFL will have a loan program as part of the new CBA. The last program chipped in as much as $150 million.
