Greg Beacham, of the Associated Press, reports San Francisco 49ers head coach Mike Nolan was upset with a hit Arizona Cardinals DL Darnell Dockett put on 49ers QB Alex D. Smith during the Week 1 game. Dockett hit Smith well out of bounds during the game. Nolan has sent a tape of the hit to the NFL to be reviewed. Smith said, "Hits are an interesting thing: Sometimes it's the ones that don't look like anything that are the worst. That one probably looked a little worse than it actually was. I don't think he intended for it."
