The San Francisco 49ers defensive end was injured during the fourth quarter of the 49ers' game against the Baltimore Ravens at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore.
Shortly after Okoye's injury, wide receiver Chuck Jacobs went down as well. Jacobs was injured after a facemask grabbing stiff arm on a kickoff return that resulted in a penalty.
According to Matt Maiocco of CSN Bay Area, Jacobs walked out of the locker room and was not limping. Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle later reported that even though Jacobs was carted to the locker room, he was happy to report that he only hyperextended his right knee.
Defensive lineman Demarcus Dobbs, who injured his ankle, was able to walk to the locker room after the game without a limp. So that is good news as well.
