According to Yahoo Sports insider Rand Getlin, San Francisco 49ers running back Frank Gore has an offer ready to go from the Philadelphia Eagles.

The deal would average over $5 million a year with $7 million guaranteed. That price is likely too high for the 49ers, who will likely pass in bringing back the five time Pro Bowl player.

If he chooses to do so, Gore will be free to sign that deal on Tuesday at 1 PM Pacific, when the new league year and free agency begin.

The Indianapolis Colts were also interested in acquiring Gore.

Gore has played every season with the 49ers since the team selected him in the third round of the 2005 NFL Draft. He is the team's all-time rushing leader in yards, attempts, and touchdowns.

Gore has 11,073 career rushing yards, averaging 4.5 yards-per-carry during that time and has 64 rushing touchdowns.
