Bishop spent the end of last season with the 49ers. He played with the Green Bay Packers, Minnesota Vikings, Arizona Cardinals, and was signed by the 49ers on December 16, 2014.
He was originally a sixth-round draft pick of the Packers out of California in 2007. In his two games with the 49ers, he had two tackles on special teams.
Bishop was one of several free agents that has visited with the team.
