Ryan Sakamoto of Ninerfans.com heard from a source this morning that San Francisco 49ers RB Carlos Hyde might not even make the trip to Seattle for the team's game against the Seahawks on Sunday.

"It doesn't appear that Hyde will play against the Seahawks, I'm almost 100 percent sure about that," said his source.

Hyde is recovering from a stress fracture in his left foot that has plagued him for much of the season and caused him to miss numerous games. How bad is Hyde's foot? Sakamoto says the following.

"Let's just say a few weeks ago it could have 'broke' at any moment so to think that Hyde will be a go on Sunday or anytime soon is being more than optimistic."

Sakamoto also believes that Hyde will eventually end up on the team's IR list. Hyde has 470 yards on 115 carries with three touchdowns this season. He also has 53 yards on 11 receptions.
