For Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals, it looks like Levi's Stadium may have a bit of a throwback look. Ryan Sakamoto of Ninerfans.com pointed out yesterday that the stadium end zones have taken on a classic 80's look, complete with the return of the Quentin font that was used in the text logos. Many have felt that the classic text logos were always better than the current one, which has adopted the same font that is used for the S and F within the primary logo.

The logo on the 50-yard line remains current. These text logos were used by the team from 1972 through 2004, and would return after that time when the 49ers would wear their throwback uniforms.

Below are some videos that Sakamoto posted of the throwback end zones, which are complete with the classic 49ers and NFC helmets used back then.
