The San Francisco 49ers will be without two of their offensive lineman on Sunday when they head on the road to face the Detroit Lions. LG Alex Boone and the player that was filling in for him against the Cincinnati Bengals, OL Marcus Martin, have been ruled out. The injuries along the offensive line make it likely that rookie Trent Brown will make his first career start.

RB Shaun Draughn, who was injured on Sunday, has also been ruled out with a knee injury. Kendall Gaskins and newly signed DuJuan Harris are the only remaining healthy running backs currently on the roster.

LB Michael Wilhoite will also miss Sunday's game.
