The Philadelphia Eagles, who are in the middle of putting together their own coaching staff, have denied the San Francisco 49ers permission to interview three assistants. Those coaches are OL coach Jeff Stoutland, DB coach Cory Undlin, and ST coach Dave Fipp.

Stoutland and Fipp have been in Philadelphia since new 49ers head coach Chip Kelly started there. Undlin joined his staff last season.

Yesterday, it was reported that Eagles DL coach Jerry Azzinaro, QB coach Ryan Day, and WR coach Bob Bicknell were expected to follow Kelly to San Francisco.

Kelly was hired as the 49ers' new head coach on Thursday, January 14.
