LB James Laurinaitis' father, better known as WWE Hall of Famer "Road Warrior Animal," posted a tweet last night about his son. The post mentioned seven teams that have interest enough in Laurinaitis to plan a visit. Although, at the time of the post by Patrick Tulini, it was unknown if those seven teams were already visited on planned visits.

The teams on the list include the Atlanta Falcons, New Orleans Saints, Chicago Bears, Washington Redskins, New England Patriots, San Francisco 49ers, and New York Giants. One source has said that the majority of these visits have already occurred, with teams like the Giants still being planned visits. His visits with the Falcons and Saints occurred earlier in the week.

Laurinaitis, the 35th pick in the 2009 NFL Draft, was recently released by the Los Angeles Rams along with DE Chris Long and TE Jared Cook.

Laurinaitis' release, which was a surprise to Laurinaitis, saved the Rams $5.78 million in salary cap space. He never missed a start in seven seasons with the Rams while in St. Louis, playing in 112 games, making 853 tackles, 16.5 sacks, and 10 interceptions.

The Rams filed to relocate from St. Louis back to Los Angeles following the 2015 season. The move was approved at the NFL owners meeting in January.

Update:

Matt Maiocco of CSN Bay Area confirms that, according to a source, Laurinaitis has yet to visit with the 49ers.
