It's football season, and the San Francisco 49ers want you along for the ride.
Fortunately, Silverado Stages and the SportsFanExpress are offering a hassle-free way to enjoy 49ers' home games and be a part of that ride, sans Bay Area tollbooths, parking lot fees, and the overall headache that game day traffic provides.
As it pertains to 49er fans, Silverado Stages and the SportsFanExpress have created the "49er Bus"(www.49erBus.com), to enhance the experience that fans have on game day, by providing packages that combine game tickets and transportation to Candlestick Park from over 20 Northern California locations (For more information please visit www.49erbus.com/choose_boarding_location).
"We are offering this product as a convenient, luxury way to get to the games so fans don't have to hassle with parking, fees and traffic," SportsFanExpress Marketing and Sales Manager Chris Johns said.
A key benefit of the service includes accelerated entrance and exit to/from the stadium. While others are waiting to enter and exit Candlestick before and after the games, the 49er Bus has its own designated area, allowing for a quicker way to arrive to the game, and most importantly, depart.
If you have ever driven to Candlestick, you know what that last part means.
As a rider, you can purchase an individual round-trip pass to a single game, or you may book an entire seasons' worth. The 49er Bus and SportsFanExpress encourage all riders to purchase their seats online in advance, so that they can receive the best price as well as priority boarding capabilities. Overall, the main selling point of the product is the convenience it provides its riders.
The busses depart from its pick-up locations at various times and arrive at Candlestick at least 45 minutes prior to kickoff. Times do vary depending upon the number of passengers that the busses are assigned to pick up for any particular game.
Being that I myself used this service all of last season, let me say that this product is something that any fan should use. It eliminates nearly every complication that can arise from driving to the games, and perhaps the most important benefit is after the game has concluded. Being able to sit back, relax and not deal with the traffic getting out of the stadium and back home is perhaps the biggest reason I use the service.
"We get a lot of good feedback from the people that use our busses," Johns said. "If you get a full season pass from us, you are set for the whole season regarding transportation."
