Our own Al Sacco joined 95.7 The Game to discuss the San Francisco 49ers victory over the Los Angeles Rams on Monday night. While discussing the game, Sacco mentions how shocked he was at how good the 49ers looked in their win. He said that they looked poised, well coached, and crisp.

Sacco touches on the 49ers offensive line, which did not allow a sack against the Rams. "I think they're going to be better than people think on offense," said Sacco while saying that the line is a strength for the team and will keep them in a lot of games.

Sacco felt that quarterback Blaine Gabbert, who he thought might do well within Chip Kelly's offense, was a "mixed bag" on Monday night. He says that a lot of his throws were inaccurate and nearly threw multiple of interceptions. He also points out the missed deep pass to Jeremy Kerley that could have been a touchdown.

Although, one of Gabbert's strengths was his athleticism and ability to run, which he displayed on Monday night. Sacco just feels that he has to learn how to get down at the end of a play and stay healthy.

Sacco also says that the team can go 4-12 and still be a better team than last year because of their tougher schedule. However, he predicts that the team will get 6 or maybe 7 wins this season despite that schedule.
